Exciting Sponsorship Opportunities for the 114th Carver County Fair!
We are thrilled to once again celebrate the annual Carver County Fair, now in its 114th year! The upcoming fair promises to be bigger and better than ever, featuring new and exciting entertainment and events for all ages. With an estimated 60,000 attendees, the Carver County Fair continues to be the largest event in Carver County and offers an exceptional marketing opportunity while providing valuable exposure for your business or organization.
As a fair sponsor, you play a vital role in helping us enhance the fair experience by improving the fairgrounds, offering high-quality free entertainment, and ensuring accessibility for all members of our community. Your support directly contributes to making the Carver County Fair a fun, family-friendly event that everyone can enjoy—and we invite you to be part of this long-standing tradition.
Here you will find information outlining our fair sponsorship opportunities, including new options for 2026, along with the benefits offered in return for your generous support. Sponsoring the fair not only helps sustain this beloved community event, but also provides your organization with meaningful visibility among fairgoers, residents, and local business leaders in a welcoming and positive environment. The Carver County Agriculture Society, doing business as the Carver County Fair, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, making sponsorship an excellent opportunity for businesses looking to support their community.
We also welcome in-kind sponsorships, allowing businesses to contribute goods or services that help support fair operations and programming. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please complete the online form or contact us regarding any in-kind support you wish to provide.
If you do not see a sponsorship option that fits your needs, please feel free to contact us at 952-442-2333. We would be happy to work with you to create a customized sponsorship opportunity.
Thank you for your continued support and for being a valued partner of the Carver County Fair. We look forward to seeing you August 12–16 for the Five Best Days of Summer!
