We are very excited to be able to once again be celebrating the annual Carver County Fair, this year will be our 112th year! We have a huge fair on tap with tons of new and exciting entertainment and events including a Tuesday, August 6th Kick-off Concert in the grandstand! With an estimated fair attendance of 75,000 people in 2023 and an anticipated concert attendance of 4,000; you won’t want to miss the opportunity to be connected to the largest event in Carver County!
As a fair or concert sponsor you provide us the opportunity to do some great things! We are constantly looking for ways to improve the grounds, offer better entertainment and connect ALL community members! Sponsors like you are fundamental to the success of the kick-off concert, the fair and our role within the Carver County residential and business community. After all, the Carver County Fair is YOUR fair!
With your donation not only will you be promoting the Carver County Fair and/or Kick Off Concert, but your organization will also receive invaluable exposure to our fair goers, area residents and business owners in a family-friendly atmosphere. Sponsorship of our 501(c)5 non-profit organization is a very attractive option for many business owners.
This webpage shows different levels of sponsorship support designed for any budget. Please note that we also offer sponsorship arrangements in a ‘bartering system’. We have several sponsors that offer their support in the form of goods or services to the Carver County Fair. If you are willing to help, please complete this form, or the Concert Sponsorship form. Both forms allow you to pay online, or you can mail your sponsorship dollars and a description of the goods or services you could provide.
