CARVER COUNTY 2024 AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
The Carver County Agricultural Society will hold its Annual Meeting at the Administration Building on the fairgrounds in Waconia on:
Tuesday, October 15, 2024
beginning at 7:00 PM
Reports pertaining to the 2024 Carver County Fair will be presented by President, Jim Klein, Secretary Jason Harms and Treasurer Laura Pavek. In addition to regular business, there will be a vote on proposed changes to the Articles of Incorporation. For more information on the proposed changes, please contact Diane Polzin via email at info@carvercountyfair.com.

Ken Norman – Waconia, MN
Dan Robb – Carver, MN
Steve Rolf – Waconia, MN
Bill Flusemann – NYA, MN
Scott Flusemann – Waconia, MN
Shawn Dalchow – Mayer, MN
Scott Knight – Cologne, MN
Seven directors to be elected to serve for three years 2025, 2026 and 2027. The public is welcome to attend. To vote, a person must show a membership card to be eligible to vote.

We had another great year in 2024 and the Carver County Fair would not have been possible without you! We would like to thank our generous sponsors, dedicated food & commercial vendors, exhibitors, 4H members, all of the incredible volunteers from organizations that work the gates, clean up the grounds & buildings, pick up trash or work the grandstand & entertainment events! We also want to thank the Carver County fire departments, the Sheriff’s Office, Ridgeview EMS services and ALL of our fairgoers! Without all of you the Carver County Fair would not be the 5 BEST DAYS OF SUMMER!
